Return and Repair Policy

*Certain UNSIZED items are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase (mask chains, chokers) Upon receipt/return processing (allow 14 business days) you will receive email confirmation of your refund. Please allow an additional 14 business days for most banks to process credit card refunds.

*Personalized/sized items are FINAL SALE. There are no refunds or exchanges for these items. Please make sure you measure correctly and select the appropriate size. There is a $5 restringing fee per bracelet that needs to be remade (after customer ships back items that need to be resized.) Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

*Every piece sold on our site is handmade with lots of love and care. We are happy to repair any damaged item within 30 days of purchase. Send us an email to info@goodjaja.com with your order number and reason for needing a repair and we’ll be happy to help you. You will then receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us so we can repair it. 

*Retail-any items purchased at/through another retailer must be returned to that particular store.

*ALL of our pieces are handmade with lots of love. While most items will be received within 7 business days, please allow up to 14 business days for all personalized items
